These headers were Jet-Coated, and then delivered to Eurotech in Boca Raton, FL for the installation. Follow along as “Doc” walks us through the fit and finish of these headers. And what does a C6 Z06 sound like with open headers?
Compared to the modifications done to our old C5 Z06 - this car is going to remain pretty stock. Our plans are to open up the intake and exhaust, and then put a new tune on the car. The tolerances under the C6 Z06 are pretty tight. We find a couple of fitment areas that you should look out for whether you’re making this modification on a lift, or in your driveway.
